Return and Refund Policy
Eye Optique follows a no refund policy. Incase a client does not like the product she has purchased, we will be happy to offer an exchange on Sunglasses/Frames only within 7 days from the date of delivery. All orders on Contact Lenses are final orders.
Incase your order is cancelled by Eye Optique due to internal reasons, we will issue a full refund along with a reason for your cancellation.
In case you decide to select a product which is priced lower than the original products, then the price difference shall not be refunded by the company. We will provide a credit note for the difference amount.
At the time of exchange, if you do not like any other product on our website, we are more than happy to provide a credit note for that amount. Credit notes do not have an expiry period.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like contact lenses and other custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items.
